  • ½ onion, cut into 1-inch pieces 
  • 1 cup grill sauce / BBQ sauce
  • Flour tortillas – 4
  • Cheddar cheese-1 cup

Step1 

First, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and mix meat and onion in the hot skillet until seared and crispy, about 5 to 7 minutes. Remove the excess oil and dispose of it. Mix grill sauce into ground meat blend and stew until warmed through, around 5 minutes. 

Step 2 

Take a Quesadilla maker and preheat the Maker to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) 

Step 3 

Spread 1/2 the ground meat combination onto a tortilla and top with 1/2 the cheddar and 1/2 the French-fried onions; top with a tortilla. Repeat the process with the next tortilla. 

Step 4 

Cook each quesadilla in a quesadilla maker or on a preparing sheet in the preheated Quesadilla Maker until golden brown and cheese is melted, 5 to 10 minutes. Place on to a board and cut into triangles with a pizza cutter. Serve with your choice of salsa and guacamole.
