Turkey & Cranberry Quesadillas
A delicious way to use up holiday leftovers, these quesadillas are filled with tender turkey, sweet cranberry sauce, and melty cheese, all grilled to perfection.

- Leftover turkey shredded
- Cranberry sauce
- Shredded cheese Monterey Jack or Cheddar
- Flour tortillas
Spread cranberry sauce on half of a tortilla.
Top with turkey and cheese, then fold the tortilla over.
Grill on a pan until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is crispy.
Cut into wedges and serve with sour cream or guacamole.
