Cheesy Potato Gratin

- 2 pounds russet potatoes thinly sliced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Gruyère cheese
- 1 garlic clove minced

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Rub a garlic clove around the inside of a baking dish, then layer the potato slices in the dish.
