  • 3 cups mixed winter fruits such as pomegranate seeds, kiwi, oranges, apples
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint chopped

  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey and lemon juice.
  • Pour the honey lemon dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat.
