1. Steak & Potato Foil Packs
Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs steak, cut into cubes
1 1/2 lbs baby potatoes, halved
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter, cubed
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Toss steak and potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Divide mixture onto large sheets of foil.
Add butter cubes on top.
Seal each packet tightly.
Grill over medium heat for 20–25 minutes, flipping once, until potatoes are tender and steak is cooked.
2. BBQ Chicken Foil Packs
Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs chicken breast, cut into cubes
1 cup BBQ sauce
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 zucchini, sliced
1 cup corn kernels
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Toss chicken, peppers, zucchini, and corn with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Divide onto foil sheets.
Spoon BBQ sauce over each packet.
Seal tightly.
Grill over medium heat for 18–22 minutes, flipping once, until chicken is fully cooked.
3. Shrimp Boil Foil Packs
Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
12 oz smoked sausage, sliced
1 lb baby potatoes, halved and parboiled
2 ears corn, cut into small pieces
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tbsp lemon juice
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Toss shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and corn with melted butter, Old Bay, and lemon juice.
Divide mixture onto foil sheets.
Seal packets tightly.
Grill over medium-high heat for 12–15 minutes.
Open carefully and garnish with parsley.
4. Sausage & Pepper Foil Packs
Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs smoked sausage or kielbasa, sliced
3 bell peppers, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Toss sausage, peppers, and onion with olive oil and seasonings.
Divide onto foil sheets.
Seal tightly into packets.
Grill over medium heat for 15–20 minutes, turning once.
Serve hot on its own or in rolls.
5. Lemon Garlic Salmon Packs
Ingredients
4 salmon fillets
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 zucchini, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 tsp dried dill or parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon slices
Instructions
Place zucchini and tomatoes on foil sheets.
Top each with a salmon fillet.
Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper.
Spoon mixture over salmon and add lemon slices.
Seal and grill over medium heat for 12–15 minutes, until salmon flakes easily.
6. Veggie Ranch Foil Packs
Ingredients
2 cups baby potatoes, halved and parboiled
1 zucchini, sliced
1 yellow squash, sliced
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 cup broccoli florets
2 tbsp olive oil
1 packet ranch seasoning
2 tbsp butter, cubed
Instructions
Toss vegetables with olive oil and ranch seasoning.
Divide onto foil sheets.
Add butter cubes on top.
Seal packets tightly.
Grill over medium heat for 18–22 minutes, flipping once, until vegetables are tender.
