- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional for serving)

INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Preheat the Grill
- Preheat your outdoor grill or grill pan to medium heat (about 375–400°F).
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 15 minutes to prevent burning.
Step 2: Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Toss well to ensure all pieces are evenly coated.
- Thread onto skewers if desired for easier grilling, or place directly on the grill using a grill basket.
Step 3: Grill the Brussels Sprouts
- Place the Brussels sprouts cut-side down on the grill.
- Grill for 5–7 minutes per side, turning occasionally, until tender and nicely charred.
- Remove from the grill once the sprouts are fork-tender and caramelized on the edges.
Step 4: Finish and Serve
- Transfer the grilled Brussels sprouts to a serving platter.
