INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Preheat the Smoker
- Preheat your smoker to 350°F.
- Use mild fruitwood like apple or cherry for a subtle smoky flavor.
Step 2: Prepare the Peach Filling
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced peaches, coconut sugar, lemon juice, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and cornstarch.
- Toss until the peaches are evenly coated.
- Transfer the peach mixture to a cast iron skillet or grill-safe baking dish, spreading evenly.
Step 3: Make the Cobbler Topping
