  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers assorted colors, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup zucchini thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

Step 1: Boil the Pasta

  • Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
  • Add a pinch of salt and the pasta. Cook according to the package instructions until al dente.
  • Drain the pasta using a colander and set it aside.

Step 2: Sauté the Vegetables

  • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables.
  • Toss everything together, allowing the pasta to absorb the flavors of the vegetables.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta and stir until it’s evenly distributed.
