  • 1 medium yellow onion, cut into 1/2″ wedges
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1 (3.5 lb.) beef chuck roast
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Step By Step Procedure

Step-1

At first, take a slow cooker. Then take some olive oil. Heat 1 Tablespoon olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
