6 Steakhouse-Worthy Grilled Steak Recipes

Garlic Butter Ribeye

Ingredients
2 ribeye steaks
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
3 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions
Rub steaks with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Grill over high heat until seared and cooked to your liking.
Melt butter with garlic and parsley.
Brush garlic butter over the hot steaks.
Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Chimichurri Skirt Steak

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs skirt steak
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup fresh parsley
3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions
Season steak with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Blend or finely chop parsley, garlic, vinegar, olive oil, and red pepper flakes to make chimichurri.
Grill steak over high heat for a few minutes per side.
Let rest, then slice against the grain.
Spoon chimichurri over the steak before serving.

Coffee-Rubbed Steak

Ingredients
2 strip steaks or sirloin steaks
1 tbsp ground coffee
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
Mix coffee, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Rub steaks with olive oil, then coat with the coffee rub.
Grill over medium-high heat until nicely crusted and cooked to your liking.
Let rest for 5 minutes.
Slice and serve.

Teriyaki Flank Steak

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs flank steak
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar

Green onions or sesame seeds for garnish

Marinate flank steak for at least 1 hour.

2 sirloin steaks
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Season with Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Steak Kabobs with Peppers

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs steak, cut into cubes
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
1/3 cup steak marinade or Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
Wooden skewers, soaked

Instructions

Marinate steak cubes in steak marinade or Worcestershire sauce for 30 minutes.
Thread steak, peppers, and onion onto skewers.
Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill over medium-high heat, turning often
